Advertising Terms & Agreement

1. Overview

These Advertising Terms & Agreement ("Advertising Terms") govern your use of the Sure Vendors Sales Booster advertising service ("Sales Booster"). By submitting an ad campaign, you agree to be bound by these terms in addition to the main Sure Vendors Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a registered Sure Vendors account to submit an ad campaign. Ads must promote legitimate products or services that you own or are authorised to sell.

3. Ad Content Policy

All ad content submitted must comply with the following rules:

  • Your ad must not promote illegal products, substances, or services.
  • Your ad must not contain false or misleading claims about your product.
  • Your ad must not contain nudity, violence, hate speech, or discriminatory content.
  • Your ad must not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights, trademarks, or copyrights.
  • Your video must be a genuine, accurate representation of the product being advertised.
  • Your WhatsApp number must be active and able to receive messages from interested buyers.

4. Video Requirements

Submitted video content must meet these technical and content requirements:

  • Format: MP4 only.
  • Maximum file size: 50MB.
  • Recommended aspect ratio: 9:16 (vertical/portrait) for best display.
  • Duration: 15 seconds to 60 seconds recommended.
  • The video must clearly show the product being advertised.
  • Audio, voiceover, or text overlays are permitted but not required.

5. Pricing & Fees

  • Minimum daily budget: ₦2,500.
  • Minimum campaign duration: 7 days.
  • A 20% service fee is added to the total campaign cost (Daily Budget × Duration Days).
  • Grand Total = (Daily Budget × Duration Days) + 20% service fee.
  • All amounts are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are non-negotiable.

6. Payment

Full payment is required before your campaign enters the review process. Payments are processed through our secure payment partners (Paystack or Flutterwave). By making payment, you agree to their terms of service.

7. Review Process

After payment, your ad will be reviewed by our team within 24–48 hours. We reserve the right to reject any ad that violates our content policy. If your ad is rejected:

  • You will be notified via the contact details on your account.
  • A partial refund may be issued at our discretion, minus processing fees.
  • You will be given the opportunity to resubmit with corrected content.

8. Campaign Delivery

Once approved, your campaign will run for the number of days you selected. The campaign start date is the date our team activates your ad. The end date is calculated automatically based on the duration selected.

Sure Vendors does not guarantee a specific number of impressions, clicks, or sales from your campaign. Ad performance depends on market conditions and audience interest.

9. Refund Policy

  • Payments are generally non-refundable once an ad has been approved and activated.
  • If we are unable to run your approved ad due to a technical failure on our part, a prorated refund will be issued.
  • No refunds are issued for underperformance, low clicks, or low sales.

10. Nigeria-Only Targeting

Sales Booster is exclusively available for advertising to Nigerian audiences. By submitting an ad, you confirm that your business operates in Nigeria and your target audience is in Nigeria.

11. Data & Privacy

Your submitted ad content (including business name, product name, description, and video) may be displayed to Nigerian vendors and buyers within the Sure Vendors platform and network. We will not share your personal data (account details) with third parties beyond what is required to deliver the service.

12. Termination

Sure Vendors reserves the right to remove any active ad campaign at any time without prior notice if it is found to violate these terms. In such cases, a prorated refund may be issued at our discretion.

13. Disclaimer

Sure Vendors acts as an advertising platform and is not responsible for the quality, legality, or availability of the products or services advertised. Buyers interact directly with sellers via WhatsApp. Sure Vendors is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Advertising Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Sales Booster feature after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
